Located in the much sort after Torresol complex on the Torrecilla beach, it is a stones throw to all you need for your holiday.
The Balcon de Europa and centre of Nerja is approximately 7 minutes stroll away. If you don’t wish to venture far, there is a selection of bars, restaurants & shops within a minute’s walk from the apartment.
Living Area: The apartment has an open plan living area, which is comfortably furnished in modern decor. There is a breakfast bar with 4 chairs for dining and snacks. The Smart TV has a large selection of UK & International channels, plus sporting channels. There is a comfortable sofa for relaxing and watching TV. Patio doors lead out to the terrace.
Kitchen Area: The fully equipped modern kitchen has a four-ring electric hob, extractor, fridge freezer, microwave and washing machine.
Bedroom: This one bedroom apartment has comfortable twin beds with good quality mattresses. The wardrobes gives storage space for hanging and shelves. A door leads out onto the open terrace, overlooking the beach and pool.
Bathroom: The bathroom is modern design, fully-tiled, equipped with a walk-in shower, hand basin with vanity unit and WC
Terrace: Relax and enjoy sunshine and sea & beach views from the balcony, which also overlooks the pool set in tropical gardens. The balcony is furnished with a table and reclining chairs.
Pool: The Apartments have a communal swimming pool (open during the Summer season) set in well-kept tropical gardens which are open to enjoy all year round and is reserved solely for the use of the guests.

The apartment has state of the art, Samsung dual air-conditioning/heating system which is quiet and easy to operate

Special Needs: Access to all the on-site amenities are good for wheelchair users and the same can be said for access to the beach and pool. There are lifts to all floors.

Wi-Fi: The apartment is equipped with Fibre Optic WI-FI & TV package providing a wide range of channels in English, European and Scandinavian languages.

Parking: Underground parking may be available on request.
We pride ourselves on the standard of cleanliness and presentation in the apartment. The apartment will be prepared for your arrival, with beds made, and a bath and hand towel provided for each guest. If your stay is 10 nights or longer, we will provide an additional full set of linen and towels.

Cancellation 71 days or more before arrival date – Charge equal to deposit paid
Cancellation 70 days or less before arrival date – Charge 100%
