The Balcon de Europa and centre of Nerja are a 7 minute stroll away.

The lounge is furnished with:

Dining table & chairs situated on the enclosed terrace, overlooking the beach.

Patio doors lead out to the outside terrace which overlooks the Torrecilla beach

BEDROOM 1

Furnished with double bed, chest of drawers and fitted wardrobes, bedside table and lamp.

BEDROOM 2

Furnished with an adapable bed, which can be stacked as one single bed, or separate into twin beds  ( some Ikea ingenuity!).  There is also chest of draws, wardrobe and bedside table and lamp.

PLEASE NOTE:   The 2nd bedroom is ideally suited for 2 children/teenagers or 1 adult.  It is not suitable for 2 adults.

BATHROOM

The bathroom has been redesigned with walk in shower, low level WC, Towel rail, wash basin and cabinet for storing toiletries

The washing machine is also housed in the bathroom.

POOL WITH PRIVATE GARDENS

The building has a pool and private gardens only for the use of guests.  The pool is open from March to November.

The gardens are accessible throughout the year.

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY : 3 Adults or 2 adults + 2 children/teenagers.
