TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Apartment bookings are subject to the following conditions:

PAYMENT

In all cases of cancellation, we will request the relevant payment. We recommend that you have travel insurance to cover those unforeseen events which may result in you having to cancel your holiday with us.

  • A 25% non-returnable deposit is payable at the time of booking.  The balance of your payment is required 10 weeks before your arrival date.
  • Our standard rental costs are based on 2 people sharing.  There is a small additional charge for use of the sofa beds, payable on arrival, to cover the cost of the additional linen/laundering.
  • For those guests booking 10 weeks or less before arrival date, full payment is required at the time of booking.

ACCESS, KEYS & OCCUPANCY

  • On the day of your arrival, access to your apartment is from 15.00
  • On the day of your departure, the apartment must be vacated by 10:00
  • Any variation on these times is by prior arrangement only.
  • Guests are responsible for the safe keeping of the keys.  Failure to return the keys or loss of keys will incur a charge of €20.00 for their replacement and the additional charges should it be necessary to call out a locksmith.
  • The maximum occupancy of the apartment must not exceed the number of people stated in the booking unless prior agreement is given.
  • If guests leave keys in the door and a locksmith has to be called to access the apartment, the guest is responsible for the costs incurred.

LATE DEPARTURES

  • If you have a late departure time, we would suggest that you consider booking the apartment for the extra day, as we may not always be able to help with regard to somewhere secure for you to leave your bags or shower before leaving.
  • We will help were we can, but it may not always be possible.

CANCELLATIONS

In all cases of cancellation, we will request the relevant payment. We recommend that you have travel insurance to cover those unforeseen events which may result in you having to cancel your holiday with us.

  • Notification of cancellation is required in writing by post or email by the person who made the booking. In the event of cancellation, our charges are based on the total rental amount confirmed on the Booking Confirmation Form issued at the time of booking. They are as follows:
  • 25% Deposit payable at time of booking ~ Non-refundable in all cases.
  • Cancellation 112 days or more before arrival date ~ Charge 25%
  • Cancellation 71 days to 111 days before arrival date ~ Charge 70%
  • Cancellation 70 days or less before arrival date ~ Charge 100%

DAMAGES DURING RENTAL

  • The guest is responsible for the cost of any repairs or replacement of  broken items in the apartment if damaged during the rental period
