Apartment La Palmita

A superb beachfront apartment, beautifully presented, overlooking the Torrecilla beach.

Apartment La Palmita’s location will hopefully be your ideal setting.  It is a hop skip and jump to the Torrecilla beach from the Torresol Apartment complex.

The Balcon de Europa and centre of Nerja is approximately 7 minutes stroll away.  If you don’t wish to venture far, there is a selection of bars, restaurants & shops within a minute’s walk from the apartment.

Living Area: The apartment has an open plan living area, which is comfortably furnished in modern decor. There is an extending dining table with 4 chairs.  The flat screen TV has a good selection of English & International channels.  The comfortable sofa bed offers additional sleeping space suitable for children/teenagers.  There is a reclining armchair for total relaxation. French doors lead out to the terrace.

Kitchen Area: The fully equipped modern kitchen has a four-ring electric hob, extractor, fridge freezer, microwave and washing machine.

Bedroom:  This has twin beds with good quality mattresses.  The wardrobes and draws give plenty of storage space. A door leads out onto the open terrace.

NOTE : The apartment has sleeping space for 4, which is provided by the comfortable double sofa bed in the lounge area,  but as a one bedroom apartment is not suitable for 4 adults. Suitable for 2 adults and 2 children/teenagers

Bathroom: The bathroom is modern design, fully-tiled, equipped with a walk-in shower, hand basin with vanity unit and WC

Terrace:  You can enjoy afternoon sun on the terrace, overlooking the beach and the pool which is set in private gardens. Relax on the terrace in the evening or fall asleep to the sound of the sea.  Furnished with table and reclining chairs.

Pool: The Apartments have a communal swimming pool (Open spring / summer to October) set in well-kept tropical gardens which are open to enjoy all year round and is reserved solely for the use of  the guests.
